Dre attended the University of Central Arkansas majoring in Business Marketing. He has since found a career in IT consulting in Conway AR. He is certified by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) as a certified personal trainer, and has been a fitness advocate since 2009.
Dre believes that we all have the ability for change.No one individual HAS to change by themselves unless they choose to. He believes that everyone has a purpose and that individuals are ordained for the specific task of uplifting and helping other to achieve whatever they desire in life. I am 28 years old and a very proud mommy to a 7 year old boy. I was raised in a very small town in southern Oklahoma. Growing up, I was very involved in athletics playing numerous sports like basketball, softball, track, and cheerleading. I even kept the books for all the powerlifting meets. My passion for fitness has been growing for many years!
After my son’s birth, like many new moms, I found myself completely disconnected with my post-baby body. I knew I needed to make some changes so I found a tiny, local gym (with limited equipment) and dared to get my life, my mental well-being, and my body back! I knew I wanted to be a positive role model for my son! I did some research and began strength training for the first time ever. It completely changed my life….. “Put a barbell in a woman’s hands. Teach her what to do with it. Teach her how strong physically and mentally and emotionally they can become….”
I quickly realized how powerful I felt when I began making small positive changes promoting an every day healthy lifestyle for me and my son. I knew right away I wanted nothing more than to share this process with as many people as possible! I have become very involved in any and every learning experience I can get! I have been active in many different gyms, attended fitness events/seminars, and have taught numerous group exercise classes and boot camps over the past few years.
My biggest goal for my clients is for them to become stronger and more empowered, while achieving their transformation in becoming their absolute best. I focus on building the drive to succeed, not only in fitness but in every situation, so my clients absolutely CRUSH any goal they have set for themselves! The most rewarding feeling is when I see a change in my clients life from the inside out. We work hard together and form a team to achieve life long positive changes in every facet of their lives.
